Retirement Expert Touts Benefits of HECM LOC

Retirement income planning expert Jamie Hopkins, an associate professor at the American College, joined host Consuelo Mack for an episode of Wealth Track, to discuss the importance of developing alternative sources of income after leaving the work force. The advanced planning strategy leading to, what Mack called a “personal retirement paycheck,” must take into consideration the value of housing assets and that setting up a reverse mortgage line of credit early enables retirees to create a cash buffer, if needed, during a bear market.
